Returns, Refunds & Pre-Orders

We want you to feel confident ordering with us. Because swimwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Swimwear hygiene requirement: To be eligible for return, swimwear must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and the hygiene liner fully intact. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be deemed ineligible.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags are attached
  • The hygiene liner is intact (for swimwear)
  • The item is returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that fail inspection will not be approved for refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is deemed ineligible, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or returned without an intact hygiene liner
  • Final sale or clearance items (where marked)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive another item is to place a new order.

Pre-Orders & Delayed Dispatch

Some products may be sold as pre-orders or during periods of delayed dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, standard return conditions apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
